Situated at the 9th floor of the Asia Pacific College Building, the dormitory is a community in itself. The dormitory is available to all students of Asia Pacific College. Currently, it has twenty-two (22) rooms that can accommodate a maximum of three (3) students in each. Rooms are furnished with individual beds, closets and shared bathrooms with hot and cold water system. These are also equipped with air-conditioning units and a shared internet connection.

The dormitory is staffed with lady guards that monitor the logging in/out of dormers 24/7, janitors that maintain the cleanliness of the place, and technicians that repair and maintain everything from the air-conditioning units to bathroom fixtures, and an Administrator, Mrs. Ceres Fern Pamintuan.
